Monthly Pricing

Tier one | $155
We manage the system and provide reports and alerts. We optimize feedback emails, landing pages, and reminder email settings for best results. We reply to positive 1st & 3rd party reviews both in the tool or live on review site. You inform your customers that they will be sent a feedback/review request and make sure we receive customer info to be loaded into the platform.

Tier two | $115
We and you share in the workload, but individual tasks can be swapped to match abilities. You load your customer info into the platform, compose and optimize emails and landing pages. You manage responses to customer feedback.

Tier three | $75
You will be responsible for the majority of the workload, we act as support. We will set up the account and train your staff. The initial setup fee is higher, but monthly cost drops to $75/month.

Initial setup : $155 for the first two tiers, $235 for tier three – covers cost of staff training and custom configuration.
